Delivery Policy

At The Nari Clinic we know that you don’t want to wait days for your order to arrive. That’s why we send every order within the UK Mainland by Hermes. Which means that, all being well, you should receive your parcel next day by noon for all orders placed before 1000hrs.

However, although we promise to dispatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations. Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and certain parts of Scotland will usually take a little longer to arrive.

How will my parcel be sent UK mainland?

The cost of your postage will be determined by the value of your order and ensures the parcel is insured. please see list below for the postage charges for your package. Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer other delivery options from the ones stated below.

• Orders up to £20 – £2.85
• Orders between £20 and £70 – £5.85
• Orders over £70 – £9.98
