Dermal Fillers

1ml – From £300
2ml – From £500
3ml – From £750

Injectable dermal fillers have an immediate effect that can last anywhere from 3 to 24 months. The most common sites for fillers are the lips, nasolabial folds, cheeks and under the eyes. Fillers can also be used to fill depressions from acne scarring or injury to the skin.

Our clinic offers top dermal filler brands, such as Juvéderm, Restylane, and Teosyal. These fillers can be used to smooth facial lines and wrinkles, rebuild facial contours and create volume in the face.

Most patients need one treatment to achieve optimal wrinkle smoothing or lip plumping, and the results last up to 6 months or more. However, results may vary and correction is temporary. Supplemental “touch up” treatments may be required to achieve and maintain optimal results.

What is dermal filler?

It is an injectable gel made of hyaluronic acid; a substance found in human skin. Our skin is made of collagen, elastin fibres and hyaluronic acid. When any of these components of the skin breaks down, we get lines and wrinkles. If we can replace the hyaluronic acid then we can fill the lines and wrinkles in your skin.

How is it administered?

Juvéderm is injected with a microfine needle into your skin to fill wrinkles or add volume.

Which areas can be treated with dermal fillers?

Lips can be made fuller, facial wrinkles can be smoothed and facial depressions and scars can be filled and lifted.

What is the difference between Juvéderm and Juvéderm XC?

Juvéderm XC has lidocaine in it. This is a local anaesthetic, so it numbs the skin as you are having the injections.

Can the skin be numbed before Juvéderm injections?

There is a topical numbing preparation that can be applied to the skin for 30 minutes before the procedure. This makes the injections more comfortable.

How should you prepare for Juvéderm injections?

It is important that you avoid Aspirin, Ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E and alcohol for one week prior to your treatment session. This will minimize the chances of bruising.

What are possible complications of Juvéderm?

Most of the side effects are minimal. It is possible to get redness or bruising in the area where the skin was injected. It is also possible to feel firmness or have swelling at the injection site. Most of this will resolve within a day or two. In some cases, it may take a week to two weeks to resolve.

What should you do if you have a complication with Juvéderm?

If you have any problems after your treatment, contact us for an urgent doctor review.

How long should I wait before having additional Juvéderm injections?

Some people have small quantities of Juvéderm placed, wait a week and then have additional Juvéderm added. The advantage in our clinic is that you only pay for the Juvéderm syringe that you have. There is no additional cost for the clinic & consultation visit. Many patients like this approach because they can gradually have their face filled so that their friends and family do not notice.

How long does Juvéderm last?

It depends on the location in the face that the Juvéderm is injected into. So, for example, if Juvéderm is injected into the smile lines and you smile a lot you will break down the Juvéderm faster. It may only last 6 to 9 months. If Juvéderm is injected into an acne scar it can last a year or more. Please note that everybody is different, so the amount of time it lasts does vary from person to person.

What happens if I do not like the Juvéderm?

There is a dissolver for Juvéderm called Hyaluronidase. It is injected into the skin and it dissolves the unwanted filler. That is the advantage of using a hydronic acid filler. It can be dissolved at any time.

Can I exercise after Juvéderm injections?

The great thing about Juvéderm injections is that this is a non-surgical treatment so you can go back to your normal everyday activities right after the procedure. You can do exercise as long as it’s not too strenuous as you don’t want your face to swell.

What is the most common interval between Juvéderm injections?

Most people scheduled their Juvéderm injections every 6 to 9 months.

Will I see an immediate improvement from my Juvéderm injections?

The great part about filler injections are that right after having them you will see an immediate result. Many of our patients put on their makeup and then go to their next appointment, back to their work, or even to a lunch date.

Is there any downtime from Juvéderm injections?

It is advised not to have Juvéderm injections if you have a big event coming up. It’s best to schedule it one week to two weeks before the event to give your skin a chance to heal after the injections. Just in case you’re the unlucky person that gets a bruise or swelling it’s best to take this precaution.

Can I apply make up after Juvéderm injections?

Make up can be applied right after Juvéderm injections.

Can I have a laser the same day that I have Juvéderm injections?

It depends on how sensitive your skin is. If you have sensitive skin, we suggest that you have a laser on a different day than the Juvéderm injections. If you do have laser on the same day, it is best to have the laser done before the Juvéderm injections.

Is there anything I can take to minimize swelling and bruising before the Juvéderm injections?

At our clinic, we have medical grade Arnica that we offer to our patients to take before and after their injections. We find that this minimizes swelling and bruising.

Can I have Botox and Juvéderm on the same day?

Many of our patients have their Botox injections as well as their Juvéderm injections on the same day.

Can I be allergic to Juvéderm?

It is very unlikely that you will be allergic to Juvéderm. It is made of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in our skin. There is no skin test for Juvéderm. As with anything there are rare instances of allergic reactions to any substance. If you feel you are particularly allergic to many things special precautions can be taken.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) From £350

Set of 4 sessions – From £1100

What is PRP?

PRP is a natural product created from your own body. A small amount of blood is drawn and spun down in a centrifuge machine to separate into different components. The platelets and plasma are separated from the red and white cells. The plasma contains a higher than normal number of platelets and is called PRP (platelet rich plasma)

What PRP is used for?

PRP regenerates tissue and promotes your own collagen production. It naturally smooths and tightens skin, softens wrinkles, creates smoother skin texture and tone. It can plump cheek indentations and soften under eye hollows. It can be used with hyaluronic acid fillers.

How often do I need to do PRP?

3-4 treatments are recommended; they should be spaced 1-2 months apart to achieve optimal results. Some conditions like deep wrinkles, stretch marks and acne scars may need 6-8 treatments.

When do I see results?

Results begin to show 3-4 weeks after the treatment and continue to improve with time. Maximum collagen regeneration occurs approximately 3 months after the last treatment.

Do I need to repeat the PRP treatment?

Each patient is different but usually the results of the treatment are maintained for 24 months.

Will I have downtime or an allergic reaction after the PRP treatment?

There are very few side effects. The PRP is sourced from the patient’s body, which eliminates the risk of an allergic reaction. There can be mild swelling, bruising and redness for 24 hours after the procedure. A bruise at the blood taking site may be visible for 2-3 days.

Who cannot use PRP treatment?

Heavy smokers will get poor results. The treatment is not recommended during pregnancy or for people with platelet or clotting disorders, metastatic cancer or severe liver disease.

Can I have the PRP treatment combined with fillers and Botox?

Yes, patient can have Botox, hyaluronic acid filler injections and PRP on the same day. PRP will be done first before the other treatments.

How long do PRP treatments take?

They take around 1 hour. It takes time to withdraw the blood, separate the blood, activate the serum and inject the PRP into the treatment area.

What type of numbing will I require?

Topical numbing will be applied for 30min prior to the treatment, but no anaesthesia or medication is necessary.

Before the procedure

It is important to avoid Aspirin, Ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E and alcohol for one week prior to treatment. This will minimize the chances of bruising.

Post procedure

Wear a broad-spectrum SPF50.

ProfHilo – From £350

Improved skin tone, texture, hydration and radiance and increased firmness and elasticity of skin to look younger

  • Profhilo is in between a skin booster and filler which delivers hyaluronic acid via a small syringe 3mm into the skin. The gel like formula spreads beneath the skin like honey, stimulating collagen and elastin and provides an instant, smoother, glowing skin.

What is ProfHilo?

It is a concentrated hyaluronic acid (HA) product which is based on advanced technology that stimulates collagen growth with a natural reaction. Unlike HA dermal fillers, ProfHilo flows easily and distributes within the skin, rather than being locally accumulated after injection. It will result in healthier dermis, which volumises more naturally.

ProfHilo or Dermal Fillers?

ProfHilo is not a dermal filler and also not a bio-revitaliser. It is simply and technologically a bio-remodeling product. The double action of the 2 HA components within ProfHilo remodels the skin laxity.

Why ProfHilo?

ProfHilo represents a novel concept in aesthetic medicine with its breakthrough results. It is truly unique when it is compared to other injectable products available on the market. It is thermally cross-linked to generate stabilised hybrid complexes of H & A Hyaluronic Acid. Despite high concentration of HA, it causes the least inflammation response, as it is equipped with pro-healing ingredients and backed by clinical trials.

Is it safe?

ProfHilo is highly purified product with no chemical / toxic additives which makes it a safe treatment with minimal side effects. As the product distributes itself in the skin, no local anaesthesia is needed.

How many treatments?

ProfHilo treatment is given 30 days apart. Therefore, the standard treatment includes 2 sessions. Depending on the skin aging stage, an extra session can be performed 30 days after the 2nd treatment. To achieve the best antiaging results, one single treatment session must be done every 6 months.

ProfHilo treatment outcome:

The Hydro-boosting effect is achieved by slow released L-HA which prevents inflammatory response and provides patient comfort during and after injection through the rehydration of epidermis.

The Lift effect is achieved by H-HA which is a stable HA architecture and gives a volumising effect to improve skin quality and rehydration of dermis and epidermis.

The whole benefit of the treatment with ProfHilo includes natural endogenous production of HA and elastin to develop a fresh and youthful skin.

Mechanism of action:

ProfHilo treatment develops skin rejuvenation through the natural production of collagen and elastin by HA slow release technology. Apart from skin boosting, it also provides tightening and lifting effects.

Mesotherapy will regenerate the skin and make deep wrinkles far less visible. It can trigger a lifting effect as the skin becomes firmer due to stimulating the fibroblasts within the skin and also stimulating at the cellular level.

Is it painful?

The sensation will be different for each individual; however, you may feel a slight pinch when the injection is administered.

What is injected by Mesotherapy?

They vary based on the condition treated but consist of safe, low dose nutrients, herbs, and anti-inflammatory molecules with concentrations between allopathic and homeopathic levels. Examples include: vitamin C, collagen, Arnica, CoQ-10, hyaluronic acid, and other important and specific nutrients.

Which conditions can be treated by Mesotherapy?

Many conditions can benefit from mesotherapy, but the main focus is on fine lines/wrinkles, cellulite, stretch marks, scars and acne. It can also be used to reduce and contour fat. This includes prevention of these concerns at a youthful age.

How many treatments are needed?

Each condition has a different timeline; however, the average is 1 treatment every 10 days for 3-5 weeks. Then our doctor will go through a maintenance plan with you.

When the outcome is visible?

Results depend on multiple factors including age, sun exposure, smoking, area being treated, body type, diet, and lifestyle. On average patients notice an improvement over 3-5 treatments.

Micro-Needling – From £200

For firming the skin – From £150

*Consultation fee is redeemable with each treatment with the doctor
**We require that all our clients will have a consultation prior to receiving any treatments

What is this combined treatment?

The microneedling device uses a sterile needle tip to create controlled micro injuries to the skin. This technique causes the skin to naturally produce elastic tissue and collagen. During the treatment PRP (platelets rich plasma) is used as a topical product.

Micro-channels are created by the microneedling device and PRP is absorbed into the deeper layers of the skin and release growth factors into the skin. It stimulates the body’s own repair process. This treatment is ideal for smoothing fine lines, acne scars, stretch marks, wrinkles and general skin rejuvenation.

What type of numbing will I require?

Topical numbing cream will be applied for 30min prior to the treatment, but no anaesthesia or medication is necessary.

Before the procedure

It is important to avoid Aspirin, Ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E and alcohol for one week prior to treatment. This will minimize the chances of bruising. Avoid retinoids, topical antibiotics, exfoliants, hydroquinone, sun exposure, and benzoyl peroxide 3 days prior to procedure

What can I expect after PRP microneedling procedure?

The skin will be red similar to a sunburn for 12 hours to 3 days. Mild swelling, peeling and tightness is expected. These are temporary side effects and usually resolve within 3-4 days. Total healing time depends on skin condition, skin type and the depth of the treatment.

How many treatments will I need?

Usually it takes up to 6 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart. Some conditions may need additional treatments for optimal outcomes.

When will I see the results?

An immediate glow is noticed by the patient right after the treatment. Visible improvement takes about 2-4 weeks.

How long does the treatment takes?

It takes around 1 hour. Blood must be drawn, centrifuged, separated and the plasma has to be activated before the procedure.

Post procedure

On the next day, you may clean your face and apply makeup, lotions and other topical products as usual. From 5 to 7 days stay away from retinols, exfoliants or glycolic acids that are present in cleaners as these can make your skin very dry after the procedure. Make sure to use a broad-spectrum SPF50. Days 2-7 you will notice skin dryness and flaking. This is due to an increased turnover of skin cells. During this period, you can apply DPD (Daily Power Defence by ZO) and avoid any skin moisturiser.

What is HIFU?

  • High Intensity Focused Ultrasound
  • Lifting and firming Facial for skin aged over 30+
  • Commonly known as non-surgical face lift that helps to fight signs of aging.
  • No needless, no incisions.
  • Results take up to 12 weeks to show
  • One off treatment, retreat after 9 months minimum

How Does HIFU work?

  • HIFU is ultrasound focused below the skin’s surface to cause friction within molecules and precise, target-point heating
  • The friction between these molecules produces heat and thermal injury at a focal point within the skin tissue, generated at the target point of 1.5mm, 3.0mm and 4.5mm leaving the skin’s surface unaffected
  • The penetration depth is determined by frequency, in which higher frequency waves give a more superficial focal point and lower frequency waves give a deeper focal point. Tissue at these target points is heated to app. 60-65C which create cones of heat due to the cellular friction
  • The Epidermal surface remains unaffected by the heat as long as the energy stays within protocol and is not delivered in excess
  • Due to the heat increase with in the skin, contraction and thickening of the collagen fibres is achieved giving a noticeable skin tightening effect

HIFU Contra-indications:

  • Coagulation disorders (haemophilia)
  • Pregnancy, recent pregnancy or breast feeding
  • Heart conditions including pacemaker

Liposuction

The Nari Clinic has teamed with the London Liposuction clinic for clients local to us to have their consultations and follow-up appointments at the clinic. The consultations are 30 minutes long and will be completed by Dr Khademi (who will complete the surgery in London Liposuction clinic).  Please contact us to book your appointment and any further question you may have.

What Is Liposculpture?

“Liposculpture” is frequently confused with “Liposuction”, but itis a different operation in terms of the technique which focuses on correcting the body contour. As “Liposuction” is considered as a weight-loss method by many clients, “Liposculpture” provides correction in the problematic areas of the body. The word meaning of “Liposculpture” is removing the fatty tissue to fix and aesthetically reshape the area. Doctor Arash performs Liposculpture with the Lipomatic device.

What is Lipomatic Liposculpture?

Lipomatic (as known as Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpture), is a device which is FDA, CE, and ISO approved and is a proven, reliable system which safely and effectively allows for precise fat removal of the most areas of the body. In Lipomatic, the fat cells break down first (or emulsified by vibratory movements of the cannula) and then the fat emulsion is gently aspirated for accurate body sculpting. Lipomatic eliminates the safety problem in traditional liposuction and moreover, its active security system protects body tissues (nerves, blood vessels, muscles) from the Liposculpture process. With 600 vibrations per minute, Lipomatic effectively aspirates unwanted fat and creates optimal results including smoother skin, fewer bumps, and less bruising.

Why to select Lipomatic Liposculpture?

Safety is the main reason why we prefer Lipomatic technique over other methods of Liposculpture/Liposuction, as safety, is our top priority. On our daily practice, the safety and satisfaction of our clients are the most important factors. Lipomaticis a minimally invasive and painless procedure! Some clients say they feel a tickling sensation during the procedure, hence why it is sometimes known as “Tickling Liposuction”. In comparison with other methods, Lipomatic operation time is much shorter and post-operation recovery is faster; both are appealing to most of our clients.

Body fat removal using Lipomatic Liposculpture is a method of body sculpting or body contouring that involves the removal of excess fat from specific areas of the body. Liposculpture can be done virtually anywhere on the body, including the abdomen, hips, buttocks, neck (double chin), back, thighs, knees, ankles and upper arms.

Localized fat deposits may be inherited and typically do not respond to dieting or exercise. Liposculpture is often the only way to remove them. The ones who seek the best results are those who demonstrate a commitment to continue controlling their weight with diet and exercise even after liposculpture. The Liposculpture using Lipomatic device is also performed as the first step in fat transfer procedures. In these cases, fat is removed by Liposculpture, processed and then re-injected into another area of the body where it is in short supply.

Which body parts can have Liposculpture?

The most popular body areas for liposuction are:

  • Abdomen
  • Flanks/Love Handles
  • Hips
  • Double chin
  • Arms
  • Knees
  • Breast
  • Buttock
  • Thighs

Details of Lipomatic Technique:

Lipomatic Liposculpture is considered a safe device with FDA, CE, and ISO licences. All around the world, doctors use a fundamental technique known as tumescent local anaesthesia which was invented by Professor Jeffrey Klein in California, USA. Dr Arash is one of the first British doctors who was trained by Professor Klein in San Juan Capistrano, California where he learned the technique from the most knowledgeable and experienced Liposculpture surgeon in the world. Tumescent Local anaesthesia is globally considered to be the safest form of anaesthesia for liposculpture. The dilute local anaesthetic medication is injected into the fat cells, which then causes the area to become numb while being tumescent (swollen or firm). During the procedure, you will remain awake and be able to communicate with the doctor without feeling any pain.

If you decide to have the procedure done, we will book you a clinical consultation appointment with Dr Arash during which he will provide comprehensive information to help you with well-informed decision making.

Lipomatic Liposculpture is performed in 2 steps:

  1. Infusion of the tumescent local anaesthetic solution into the fat layer under the skin. This develops a numb, hard and firm area which prevents the need for a general anaesthetic. When you do not need any general anaesthesia, the risks of it are eliminated. It is worth mentioning that the bleeding during the procedure is also minimal due to the vessels constricting medication within the tumescent fluid, i.e. Adrenalin.
  2. Power-Assisted Liposuction with a vibrating cannula which removes fat with less trauma; therefore, results in less pain and swelling by which the doctor will be more precise during the procedure.2. Power-Assisted Liposuction with a vibrating cannula which removes fat with less trauma; therefore, results in less pain and swelling by which the doctor will be more precise during the procedure.

Am I eligible for Liposculpture?

Do you want to have liposculpture done, but still not sure if you are eligible or not? During your consultation with Dr Arash, you will have the opportunity to discuss the areas you would like its fat to be removed. Then he will discuss a custom-made plan with you in order to achieve the best possible results. Dr Arash always encourages you to have a lifelong plan for regular exercise and a healthy diet. You will achieve the best results if you are able to maintain a stable weight once you have undergone liposculpture. A suitable candidate for liposculpture must have the following criteria:

  • To be healthy, both physically & mentally. Your health status and eligibility criteria will be clinically evaluated by Dr Arash during your consultation appointment
  • To have realistic expectations of what liposculpture can achieve, otherwise, we decline performing the procedure, for the sake of your own safety.
  • To have a normal BMI (18.5 –24.9) up to overweight BMI (25 –29.9)* In order to calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index), please visit the NHS calculator webpage https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-weight/bmi-calculator/
